I like this recipe. i believe broccoli is good for hypertensive people…..it has nutrients to lower cholesterol when it is in high level. But do not eat too much or you will end up having diarrhea. Too much of everything is bad anyway. I like this recipe. i believe broccoli is good for hypertensive people…..it has nutrients to lower cholesterol when it is in high level. But do not eat too much or you will end up having diarrhea. Too much of everything is bad anyway. So many things are happening in our present times. We have the world recession, global climate changes, and other catastrophes here and there. Uprisings in the Middle East and recent calamities have been affecting most countries worldwide. Say the good things when you communicate. Spread peace especially via the internet e.g. twitter, facebook, you tube etc in order to help bring positive vibes. Smile and help cheer up the world we live in. We await new developments on Casey Anthony murder case as many people in Florida wanted her pinned down. As of to date, a verdict has reached and Casey will soon be released from jail. Let us wait for the unfolding saga of this controversial story. Is she really gullty or not? Yes, I think it is healthy to argue and/or compete. It is part of daily life whether at home, at play or at work. You never gonna win all the time but you get a bit of adrenalin exchange and challenge. This is part of communication process; that sense of being able to come up in the end with a win win solution. Or in simpler terms, it does not have to end in a battle as long as you are willing to compromise and meet the person halfway. The beauty is the acceptance of what is good for both parties or being able to respect the differences if you cannot come up with an agreement at a given point in time. On another light, it is good to win, but it may be better to lose sometimes. It helps keep the balance and be grounded.
